1.1 Duration of a lesson is 50 minutes
1.2 A lesson includes setting up the vehicle, instruction, driving and final explanations.

2.1 Driving lessons are generally to be paid for in cash and by start of the driving lesson(s).
A subscription can also be paid by invoice after consultation with the driving instructor.
2.2 When invoicing, the entire subscription price must be paid in advance within 5 working days. If payment is not received, the lesson will be charged at the price of a single lesson.
3.1 The course fee for first aid and traffic education courses is to be paid in cash on site on the first day of the course.

4.1 A valid learner’s permission or driving license must be carried with you at every driving lesson.
Without a driving license I am not allowed to give driving lessons, as a driving instructor,
4.2 The student or driver undertakes to complete the driving lesson without any health restrictions,
alcohol, drugs and medication influence. see Art. 91 SVG
4.3 Cancellations for agreed driving lessons will only be accepted if they are made at least 2 full working days before the lesson.
No last-minute cancellations via SMS, WhatsApp or email will be accepted. Unexcused or late arrivals Cancelled lessons will be charged in full.
4.4 For first aid and/or traffic education courses are subject to the general terms and conditions of the course organizer.
Your course registration, via the web or by telephone, is binding.
By registering, you as a participant accept the terms and conditions of the course organizer .
4.5 Driving lesson appointments agreed verbally, by telephone, email or SMS/WhatsApp are binding.
4.6 IIn case of a pandemic (such as Covid 19), the participant takes part in the course or driving lesson at his/her own risk and is aware of this.
The driving instructor and the SFV assume no responsibility in connection with an infection of a Virus etc. The protection concept and behavioral measures of the SFV / BAG during the lesson will be continuously updated and Adapted to the epidemiological situation.
5.1 The basic fee rate includes a one-off mandatory amount for various costs for:
Administration, third party liability, fully comprehensive and passenger insurance.
Also for various minor damages and expenses not covered by the comprehensive insurance, such as rims/tyres, filling out the accident report, taking the car in for repairs, loss of work by the driving instructor, etc.
5.2 The term of the mandatory basic fee is a maximum of 2 years and is not refundable, even if you change to another driving school before completing your training.
6.1 After completion or early termination of the driving training, you will be given remaining lessons
refunded with the residual value (less 10%).
